该项目是自如推出的中国第一栋企业直住服务式公寓，为了城市中最普通的劳动者提供一个明亮舒适的居所，而选用了城市之光这个充满温情的人文关怀的意向。在设计中，也将光的功能性和美观性发挥到了极致。
整体设计遵循整洁简约的设计原则，从门头外立面到走廊、观光电梯、共享活动区通过自然光和人造光的巧妙处理烘托出温馨、幸福的空间氛围。细节处理上体现时尚感，材料彰显了有很强的城市设计感，休闲区的设计从功能性出发满足房客咖啡休闲、接待、交流、书吧、等功能。

The project is the first enterprise direct-stay serviced apartment in China. It provides a bright and comfortable residence for the most common workers in the city, and chooses the “light of the city” as a warm and caring humanity. In the design, the functionality and aesthetics of light are also brought to the extreme.
The overall design follows the neat and simple design principle, from the door façade to the corridor, the sightseeing elevator, the shared activity area, through the ingenious treatment of natural light and artificial light to create a warm and happy space atmosphere. The details of the treatment reflect the sense of fashion, the material highlights a strong sense of urban design, the design of the leisure area from the functional to meet the guest coffee leisure, reception, communication, book bar, and other functions.
